5 Min Lose Belly Fat Exercise

So who out there hates to exercise? I was one of them a few months ago, until I joined a group of women who wanted a lifestyle change just like me. We meet up twice a week and get our blood flowing.

So let’s start by taking it easy only 5 min a day! We all can do that right? NO EXCUSES put the remote control down and LET’S DO THIS!!!

1min – Reverse Crunches
1min – Scissors
1min – Cross Body Mountain Climbers
1min – Elbow to knee
1min – Plank
